Tunable oven-controlled crystal oscillators

Tunable, oven-controlled crystal oscillators are available in frequencies from 4 to 30 MHz. The oscillators provide an aging rate of <ۭ ¥ 10-7/year with temperature stabilities from <۫ ¥ 10-7 over 0° to 70°C and operate from a 5 or 3.3V supply. Phase noise at 10 kHz is -135 dBc/Hz. Applications for the product include telecommunications, data communications, frequency synthesizers, timing, navigation, telemetry, and instrumentation systems.
