Tunable external-cavity laser

The Model M2650 continuously tunable laser offers variable tuning speed from 0.01 to 25 nm/sec and a tuning range to 110 nm. The unit comes in 1310- and 1550-nm models. The laser features 100-kH¥linewidth and high spectral resolution and provides a fine-tuning window of 䔮 GH¥in every position, with a 10-MH¥resolution. External modulation is also available as an option with a modulation bandwidth of 1 MH¥to 1 GHz.
