This transceiver product family offers 2.5-Gbit/sec fiber-optic data transmission that supports the sonet and sdh standards. The products can be used in sonet OC-48, sdh stm-16 and related atm optical modules as well as wdm applications that use the OC-48 transmission standard to achieve higher data throughput rates.
