QLM9S495 semiconductor laser contains a thermo-electric cooler and pumps erbium-doped fiber amplifiers used in long-haul telecommunications, fiber-in-the-loo¥and optical instrumentation applications. The laser operates from -20 to +85C. Typical thermo-electric cooler current values are less than 600 milliamperes at 85C.
