Photoamplifiers

The IPL 10535 and 10537 photoamplifiers are hermetically sealed within a TO-5-type metal package and combine photodiodes with operational amplifiers. According to the manufacturer, the 10535 provides high precision in a range of frequency and sensitivity combinations from DC up to 35 MHz with negligable offset. The 10537 is suited to applications requiring AC coupling and will drive a 50-ohm load.
