inTest Thermal offers expanded temperature system for electronics design and test

Feb. 26, 2014
Thermal test and measurement systems vendor inTEST Thermal has unveiled the Thermostream ATS-750 temperature control system for high-temperature testing of ICs, transceivers, and PCBs.
Thermal test and measurement systems vendor inTEST Thermal has unveiled the Thermostream ATS-750 temperature control system for high-temperature testing of ICs, transceivers, and PCBs. The Thermostream ATS-750 is designed to provide clean, dry air from -90 to 300 degrees C to test devices that need to operate at high temperatures. Thermal cycling with wide swings in temperature can increase test time and decrease throughput, explains the company. The ATS-750 can reach a wide temperature range quickly with temperature transitions up to 15 degrees C/sec, inTest says. The system features touch screen operation and remote communications for convenient setup and operation of complex automated tests. Its swivel arm and pneumatic controls provide a wide reach for testing and conditioning in both design and production environments, the company adds. The Thermostream ATS-750 temperature control system is available for ordering worldwide. For more information on test equipment and suppliers, visit the Lightwave Buyer’s Guide.
