Oscilloscope probe

The TIA-950 optical oscilloscope probe mounts directly on the BNC input of an oscilloscope or digitizer. Energizing the unit, the device reproduces the optical signal presented to it onto the CRT screen. It provides electrical isolation with an internal 9V lithium battery. The device can detect 900- to 1700-nm wavelengths (InGaAs detector), has a gain selection switch (X1 and X10), and provides a peak response value of approximately 1200 to 12000V per watt.
