    VIAVI states the Network & Service Companion is the first solution to combine a PON test interface (ONT hardware) with Ethernet (carrier grade) and WiFi (3x3) test interfaces, all capable of 1 Gbps and beyond. These features make it suitable for applications from residential PON/FTTH, HFC, and xDSL to business Ethernet services and wireless 5G x-haul.

    Judge’s comment: “This handheld tester integrates nearly all the interfaces that the current PON tech needs to deal with, including not only PON and P2P optical ports but also WiFi. This makes it very effective and efficient.”
