With the addition of optional multimode, power meter, and visual fault-finder modules, the E6000A portable mini-otdr provides fiber-optic testing of telecommunications and lan/wan networks. The E6005A and E6009A multimode modules test all popular multimode fibers at 850- and 1300-nm wavelengths and have a dead zone of <3 m. The E6006A optical-power meter module provides a measurement range of 10 dB (-70 dBm) with 5% accuracy and 0.01-dB resolution.
