The fcd-10b fiber clip-on device serves as an accessory to the vcs-20a fiber-optic talk set to establish full-duplex communications anywhere on a network. The device can also be used with any of the company`s fot family of power meter and loss test sets for 2-kH¥tone detection. This model can be used either on flat surfaces or in the operator`s hand. An extended wide-area base with groove lines simplifies fiber positioning. Clipping action is applied by a high-precision radial movement and a controlled damping mechanism.
