ORL 3 combines an optical return-loss test set, optical-loss test set and optical power meter into one unit and measures to 23 dBm. Results are stored and later downloaded to a PC. The unit tests for reflections from connectors and components in a fiber link or assembly. Included are a carrying case, manual, serial cable, software, cable, FC adapter cap, mandrel and AC charger.
