Millicom Group's subsidiary Tigo in Guatemala has selected Intraway's provisioning solution for data services, multimedia DOCSIS, PacketCable, network monitoring, fraud control and firmware management.
The back office solution, which was selected through an open bidding process, comprises Intraway's provisioning suite for data and multimedia services, together with device fraud control, automatic firmware control, and a network and service monitoring system.
TIGO, previously known as Amnet, has provided cable TV services in Costa Rica for more than 30 years. Currently it provides residential services such as cable TV, digital TV and HD channels, satellite TV, Internet and home phone, as well as business services.
