WOW! (NYSE:WOW) has been selected as the preferred Internet, cable and phone provider for Town Madison, a new urban community in northern Alabama. WOW! and Breland Companies, the development company behind Town Madison, have partnered on a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network with mesh WiFi.

Town Madison, designed as a walkable community that encourages community connections, will include more than 1,500 single-family homes, luxury apartments, retailers, restaurants, office space, hotels and a minor league baseball stadium. WOW!'s network is being designed to support up to 1 Gbps speeds.

WOW! plans to offer three tiers of residential Internet service in Town Madison: Internet 100, up to 100 Mbps; Internet 500, up to 500 Mbps; and Internet 1000, up to 1 Gbps. WOW! Business will provide Internet, cable and phone services to all commercial businesses within the development.
