New Horizon Communications announced a partnership with Charter Business, a division of Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR). The new partnership is intended to allow NHC to deliver hosted PBX, voice and data solutions to customers nationwide via Charter's broadband network.

NHC and its agents plan to use the variety of services offered by Charter Business to create custom bundles and service packages for their customers.
