    Cogeco Cable (TSX:CCA) announced the rampup of Web speeds for most of its High Speed Internet (HSI) residential customers in Quebec and Ontario. The free upgrade covers the company's Express 5, Express 10, Turbo 14, Turbo 20 and Ultimate 60 high-speed Internet packages. Details of the upgrades include:
