Evolution Digital has completed its acquisition of i-Velozity, a provider of low-cost VOD and TV Everywhere solutions for the cable TV and telco market place. The acquisition is intended to round out Evolution Digital's product portfolio, which now includes IP hybrid set top boxes, integrated IP solutions, VOD and TVE content delivery, subscriber management, billing integration and customer support.
