Feb. 17, 2025
Members will have access to broader purchasing options, network design guidance, and assistance with grant applications.

On February 11, CommScope announced that it will provide enhanced access to its end-to-end network solutions to members of the National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC)—an organization that supports independent broadband service providers serving small and midsized communities.

Jacob Igval, vice president of Access Network Solutions at CommScope, reported that the network solutions will enable NCTC members to improve, upgrade, and manage their access network and broadband deployments.

“Whether members are building new networks or upgrading existing ones, CommScope has a deep portfolio of innovative, end-to-end products that can help maximize their investments in broadband network technology,” said Igval in a press release.

CommScope reported that, through the partnership, NCTC members will have enhanced purchasing options for CommScope solutions, as well as resources to help design networks and assistance navigating the BEAD program funding.

Rob Smith, vice president of Group Purchasing at NCTC, said the group is dedicated to empowering members with tools and partnerships.

“Our expanded collaboration with CommScope ensures that our members have streamlined access to industry-leading network solutions, helping them deploy and enhance broadband networks more efficiently,” said Smith in the same press release.
