December 18, 2001�Xebeo Communications (South Plainfield, NJ) announced that Fahri Diner, founder of Qtera Corporation has joined its Board of Directors.

Most recently, Fahri Diner founded and grew Qtera Corporation until it was sold to Nortel networks in January of 2000. Diner continued to serve as president until May 2001. Before Qtera, Diner served on the executive team at Siemens and Pirelli�s. Diner is a recognized entrepreneur and visionary, according to Xebeo, whose expertise spans product strategy, business development, and finance.
