The iOPN2000 is an optical packet node that fully integrates packet switching with optics into a single networking device for metro and regional markets. First announced in December 2000, the iOPN2000 has undergone extensive trials with service providers, including Global Crossing, and is beginning commercial availability this year.

NeoWave's EtherMate and NetMate, a residential Ethernet access multiplexer and a next-generation Internet access multiplexer (IAM), have been developed to accomplish the dual goals of addressing the current challenges facing telecommunications network operators and expanding future market and business areas.
