TranSwitch Corporation (NASDAQ:TXCC), a developer and global supplier of innovative high-speed VLSI solutions for communications applications, announced it has entered into a strategic investment and OEM agreement with TeraOp (USA) Inc., a privately-held Delaware company with an R&D center based in Israel. TeraOp is developing a family of optical switching and routing products for the optical networking infrastructure.
