Nexwave Inc., a designer and manufacturer of Thin Film Filters as well as other specialized fiber optic components, announced a change of name to Auxora Inc.

Last year, Nexwave raised a total investment of $11.7 million led by Rustic Canyon Ventures and Intel Capital, and decided to change names to avoid confusion in the marketplace with other similar-named companies.
