Inphi files S-1 registration statement for initial public offering

JUNE 17, 2010 -- Inphi Corp., a fabless provider of high-speed analog semiconductor solutions for the communications and computing markets, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Jefferies & Company Inc. are acting as book-running managers for the offering. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Needham & Company LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
