JUNE 17, 2010 -- Inphi Corp., a fabless provider of high-speed analog semiconductor solutions for the communications and computing markets, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

JUNE 17, 2010 -- Inphi Corp., a fabless provider of high-speed analog semiconductor systems for the communications and computing markets, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Jefferies & Company Inc. are acting as book-running managers for the offering. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Needham & Company LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
