"In his newly expanded role as president and CEO, Tom will be responsible for the overall direction of the business, developing current and long-range strategy, and leveraging the company's strengths and capabilities to exceed our customers' expectations." Donovan joined Panduit in 1982 and became president and COO in 2013. He is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and holds an MBA in Industrial Management.
