Lucent Technologies, Warren, NJ, has launched a joint venture with Finolex Cables Ltd. of Bombay, India. The venture, called at&t Finolex Fibre Optic Cables, will manufacture dielectric and armored fiber-optic cable in Pune, India, for sale to customers in India.
