10 June 2002 -- At last week's SuperComm 2002 event Atrica Inc launched its Optical Ethernet Partner Program. Encompassing strategic, technology, channel and services partnerships, it is designed to give ILECs, IXCs and competitive metro carriers worldwide access to complete, end-to-end Ethernet-based solutions, as well as sales, service and support operations, for areas such as storage area networking (SAN), fault management, last-mile optical access and routed network services.

In addition to February's technology partnership with InfoVista and April's channel partnership with Soliton Systems K.K. of Japan, Atrica has signed agreements with 10 new partners, including technology partnerships with 3Com Corp, Arampa, Crescent Networks, FlexLight Networks, Micromuse Inc, SAN Valley Systems and CPE vendors Controlware GmbH, FibroLAN and WizLAN, and a channel partnership with South Korea's SYSPOL.
