Restructuring joint venture

Eric sson Corp., Stockholm, Sweden, and Menlo Park, CA-based Raychem Corp. are restructuring their joint venture to include relocating manufacturing operations to existing Ericsson units in Sweden and consolidating administrative functions within Ericsson in the United States and Sweden. These changes will eliminate approximately 300 jobs from Ericsson Raynet`s 730-person staff--mostly in Menlo Park.
