New York, is expanding from its niche as a mechanical and electrical construction and facilities provider to apply its expertise to telecommunications systems and services in North America. The company has formed a new unit, emcor Telecom, to address this market. Charles S. Costanzo has been named president of the new entity. emcor already has experience in the construction and maintenance of wireless communications systems, antenna and switch-gear installations, power and hvac systems, building services, and physical security.
