The new DPO7OE1 is a 33-GHz, low noise, broad wavelength optical probe with optical reference receiver performance for use with Tektronix high-performance real-time scopes. it is optimized for 28-GBaud PAM4 data center applications.

The combination of an optical probe with a real-time oscilloscope gives designers working on 100G optical devices advanced debug capabilities that help them shorten design times and bring products to market more quickly.
