The company adds solutions across broadband, 5G, and smart infrastructure.

Digicomm International, a telecom distributor and manufacturer, has acquired innovative pole provider EasyStreet Systems in a move to enhance its strategic expansion into rapidly growing smart city and telecom network infrastructure markets.

Founded in 2020 by telecom veterans Pete Chase and Kent Harrison, EasyStreet Systems has established itself as a pioneer in smart pole technology.

The company’s American-manufactured (BABA-compliant) composite poles enable the rapid and cost-effective deployment of small cells, IoT, Wi-Fi, lighting, EV charging, sensors, and more, serving municipalities, telecom carriers, and developers building scalable infrastructure for connected communities.

By integrating EasyStreet’s smart poles into its expansive product ecosystem, Digicomm can address various broadband, 5G, and smart infrastructure opportunities.

Rob Donziger, CEO of Digicomm International, said, “This acquisition complements our capabilities to meet the surging demand for intelligent infrastructure.”

He added that EasyStreet is just one piece to fill its growing puzzle. “ We’re committed to continuing our growth strategy and will actively seek further acquisitions that strengthen our market position and expand the solutions we can offer our customers,” he said.
