Digital Realty is collaborating with Dell Technologies and DXC to help enterprises overcome challenges in implementing private AI infrastructure.

The collaboration can bring AI directly to customers’ data, on their terms, through a combination of validated use cases, private AI solutions, and expert-led implementation and end-to-end management.

By deploying the Dell AI Factory, including Dell PowerEdge servers, the Dell AI Data Platform, and Dell Networking with Digital Realty’s global data center platform, PlatformDIGITAL®, and leveraging DXC’s implementation and operational management, enterprises gain access to a suite of AI and transformation services that can streamline and accelerate private AI initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Customers can benefit from four key elements:

  • Dell AI Factory deployed at PlatformDIGITAL®: The combination of these platforms provides customers with a secure environment to implement and scale private AI infrastructure, combining the Dell AI Factory with DXC ’s operational expertise, and fully integrated at PlatformDIGITAL®.

  • Validated use cases: To accelerate enterprise AI adoption, Dell, DXC and Digital Realty have developed a library of validated AI use cases purpose-built for private deployment using Dell AI Factory deployed at PlatformDIGITAL® and supported by scalable, high-density colocation optimized for AI workloads.

  • An integrated solution: An integrated solution that accelerates the implementation of the Dell AI Factory deployed at PlatformDIGITAL® – planned, implemented and operationalized by DXC. This includes a full deployment toolkit to help customers solve real-world challenges and rapidly scale private AI initiatives, serving as a blueprint for next-generation data-driven operations.

  • Expert-led enablement implementation and ongoing transformation services: Delivered by DXC in collaboration with Dell and Digital Realty, equipping customer teams with the skills and frameworks needed to operationalize AI effectively.

The collaboration enables enterprises to configure, deploy and scale repeatable architectures for AI infrastructure hosted in Digital Realty’s high-density colocation data centers with PlatformDIGITAL®, powered by the Dell AI Factory and planned, implemented, and operationalized by DXC.

Digital Realty said this integrated approach delivers a simplified path from AI concept to production while minimizing operational complexity and ensuring secure proximity to data, hybrid cloud, and enterprise environments via ServiceFabric®, Digital Realty’s interconnection and orchestration solution.

“The collaboration between Digital Realty, Dell and DXC highlights how strategic ecosystem alliances can drive faster adoption of AI-enabled data-centric hybrid IT infrastructure,” said Courtney Munroe, Research Vice President, IDC. “By merging extensive global infrastructure with practical solutions, real-world use cases and deep technical expertise, this collaboration enables enterprises to simplify operations, accelerate deployment, and unlock the full potential of their data as a strategic asset.”
