Transmission modules

Using fiber-optic cables and frequency modulation, LTM-10 transmission modules transmit analog signals 1.2 miles, without significant loss or degradation. The system is immune to EMI and RFI, ground-loop effects, aging of the LED or other changes in optical input. Bandwidth ranges from 0 H¥(DC) to 1.5 MHz, while signal amplitude is as high as ۫V. Linearity is 0.4% and noise is 0.3% rms. It operates with a 5V power supply and includes emitter and receiver modules. Each module measures 2.36 ¥ 2.7 ¥ 0.63 inches and can be plugged into a printed circuit board. Connection is by multimode fiber with SMA connector termination. Customized modules are available upon request.
