The sonet/sdh fiber-optic receiver module srm-622 is designed for optical interface applications in broadband telecommunications networks. Operating at 622 Mbits/sec, the module incorporates an InGaAs pin photodetector, a GaAs preamplifier, a silicon postamplifier, and a saw filter-based timing recovery unit. The device operates from a 5V power supply, is ecl/pecl compatible, and is housed in a 20-pin package. It is designed for sonet OC-12, sdh stm-4, and other transmission applications.
