Dual-channel optical couplers
Dual-channel optical couplers
The sfh6325 and sfh6326 are dual-channel versions of two of this manufacturer`s optocoupler devices. The units contain a pair of light-emitting GaAlAs diodes and integrated photodetectors with electrical insulation between input and output. The photodetector consists of a photodiode and a high-speed transistor in a plastic 8-pin dual-inline package. The devices feature bit rates of 1 Mbit/sec, open-collector output and isolation test voltage of 5300vrms. Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits to frequencies of 2 MHz. The sfh6325 is for use in ttl/cmos or wide-bandwidth analog applications. Current transfer ration is 7% minimum (16% typical) at 16mA IF. The sfh6326 is designed for high-speed ttl/ttl applications and features a 19% minimum (35% typical) ctr at 16mA IF. Pricing in quantities of 10,000 is $1.07 each for the sfh6325 and $1.11 for the sfh6326.
