Global Opticom, Inc., announced the release of high power hybrids for the next generation of optical amplifiers.

These products include Isolator-WDM 1480-1550/1585 nm and WDM-Isolator 1480-1550/1585 nm. After a year of research and development, new and improved processes have created a set of hybrids that can now handle up to 5 watts of continuous pump power, generate the lowest insertion loss, and maintain stability at a wide temperature range. All have passed Bellcore 1221.
