July 30, 2001--Global Opticom, Inc. announces its latest 100GHz 32 and 40 Channel DWDMs.

Global Opticom, Inc. announces its latest 100GHz 32 and 40 Channel DWDMs. Both products are based on improved thin film technology with specifications comparable to those of AWG technology. Both meet bandwidth and performance demands for metro, long-haul, and CATV transmission and EDFA systems. Features include low insertion loss (max 7.5 dB), high channel isolation (>28 dB), high stability (variation <0.6 dB between 0~70C), and reliability. Packaging can be with either individual fiber or ribbon fiber. Products are optical path epoxy free.
