Laser-diode controller

Lasertest 22 laser-diode controller suits laser-diode and laser-module testing. Containing a laser-diode driver and two temperature controllers, the unit tests devices within a temperature range of -50° to +100°C. The basic version includes a laser-diode driver with two automatic scales (200 and 2000 mA); two photodetector inputs; a low-power temperature controller (9 volt-amperes) for thermoelectric coolers; two sensor inputs; a thermistor input; an RS-232 or IEEE-488 interface and 16 programmable input/output connections.
