The 2026 INCOMPAS Policy Summit
The 2026 INCOMPAS Policy Summit focuses on the most pressing issues shaping communications and technology landscape – including artificial intelligence (AI), broadband deployment, robocalls, permitting reform, the future of Universal Service Fund and more.
New this year, the Summit will feature an additional day of programming dedicated to energy and AI infrastructure, exploring how next-generation networks, data centers and energy innovations intersect to power America’s digital future.
Hosted by INCOMPAS, the competitive communications and AI infrastructure association, the Policy Summit is an invaluable opportunity for participants to hear directly from the key policy makers and political leaders who are shaping the regulatory framework for our industry. The program will feature keynote speakers from Congress, as well as officials from the White House, FCC, Department of Commerce’s NTIA, Department of Energy and other federal agencies. In addition, there will be topical panels and presentations with senior industry executives and public policy leaders.
Attendees include executives and leadership from INCOMPAS member companies, along with a broad cross-section of the communications and AI infrastructure community.
The event is open to the press.
