Calix Operations Cloud and the Network Innovation Platform enables broadband service providers to reduce opex and capex while simplifying the operations and management of an always-on subscriber experience. New enhancements include rapid first-call resolution, new alarm aggregation and analysis capabilities, PON redundancy capabilities (standards-based Type B protection), optics that extend geographic coverage, and enhanced ONTs that reduce opex through remote upgrade capabilities.
