Quantum Bridge Communications jumped a bit early, withdraws initial public offering

May 25, 2001--Quantum Bridge Communications takes a step back from announcing IPO.

Quantum Bridge Communications, Inc. announced, in light of current market conditions, it has withdrawn its registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock.

Tony Zona, president and CEO of Quantum Bridge, said the company will revisit the public markets when conditions improve.
