LightRiver appoints Jason Konzak as senior vice president of network services
Optical network integration solutions provider LightRiver announced on May 2 that Jason Konzak has been appointed senior vice president of network services.
Konzak, whose previous roles include senior vice president of professional services at Flexential and chief product officer at Virsage Solutions, will reportedly optimize the company’s factory built networks portfolio and expand and scale software-based network support services.
LightRiver reports that the appointment of Konzak will enhances its position as a leading independent provider of transport network design, deployment, automation and operational support services.
LightRiver CEO Mike Jonas said in a press release, “Jason is another critical piece in our growth story as his success with cloud, datacenter, and Telco managed services are a perfect fit. Our clients deserve trustworthy and qualified partners as they work to meet the demands placed on them by the exploding need for bandwidth in a time that requires focus, fiscal responsibility, and efficiency.”
In the same press release, Konzak added, “I am thrilled to join the LightRiver leadership team. I look forward to building on the culture of continuous improvement at LightRiver to empower our employees, our customers, and the networks we deploy and support to reach their full potential.”
