Bell Canada and ServiceNow expand strategic agreement

ServiceNow’s AI-powered Now Platform will accelerate Bell’s digital transformation.

On July 18, Bell Canada and the AI business platform provider ServiceNow announced a multi-year agreement that will see the augmentation of the former’s tech services portfolio and a transformation of its network and IT infrastructure through the implementation of the Now Platform.

Mirko Bibic, President and CEO of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada, said the partnership will offer Canadian enterprises end-to-end support for their digital transformations.

“Our ‘inside-outside’ approach to digital transformation is our catalyst for innovations inside our network and IT infrastructure while fueling the service experience for our customers,” said Bibic in a press release.

Bell Canada first integrated ServiceNow services last year, leveraging Bell’s recently acquired end-to-end solutions provider, FX Innovation, to implement the solutions throughout the Bell ecosystem.

ServiceNow chairman and CEO Bill McDermott reported that the company’s team is excited to continue its work with Bell, saying in the press release, “Today, the technology strategy is the business strategy. Together, Bell and ServiceNow are a leading example of what technology is meant to do—deliver the best experiences for customers and employees, along with new avenues for growth.”
