Light Brigade, JETTING AB pair for air-blown fiber tooling and equipment in the U.S.

Light Brigade will serve as a stocking distributor for JETTING’s range of fiber blowing machines. The company also will provide in-field services for training and support throughout the U.S.

Light Brigade, a HEXATRONIC Group company, and Sweden’s JETTING AB have signed an OEM distribution agreement that will see Light Brigade serve as a stocking distributor for JETTING’s range of fiber blowing machines. The company also will provide in-field services for training and support throughout the U.S.

Light Brigade will provide this support via its new distribution hubs in Dallas, TX and Clinton, SC (see "Light Brigade opens first Training Academy in Dallas"). The company expects to create additional centers in the future.

“Skills training for fiber optics is our core competency, and it was only natural we bring together the demand from blown fiber installation growth with our expertise at training the industry workforce. With our expanding presence with the addition of regional training centers, we are positioned to provide the onsite field support services required by the network operators,” commented Martin Lee, president of Light Brigade.

Hexatronic purchased Light Brigade in August 2020 (see “Hexatronic to acquire fiber-optic training company The Light Brigade”). Hexatronic Canada is already a distributor of the JETTING equipment in that country.
