MACOM PT-28E: Differential-Output Reference Receiver Module for 28/56-GB PAM4 Transmission Receive Applications

The PT-28E is a differential-output receiver which addresses both 28-Gbaud and 56-Gbaud, PAM4 receive applications. PT-28E couples a back-illuminated 50-GHz PIN photodiode, usable from 1200 nm to 1650 nm, with an internal high bandwidth transimpedance amplifier.
