Laser diode tester

The Reliability Test System measures and quantifies laser diode reliability through elevated-temperature life tests. Its accompanying database, application software, and aging data analysis software provide data analysis and tools for the development and qualification of components and designs. The system also allows traceable and documented pre-shipment burn-in data of laser modules such as 980- and 1480-nm pumps and DFBs up to 1A per channel.
