Cable-TV receiver photodiodes

The EPM745 and EPM705 cable-TV photodiodes are packaged in a reduced-size coaxial package with fiber pigtail and are designed for forward-path (860-MHz) and return-path (550-MHz) analog or analog digital cable-TV receivers for super-trunk, trunk, or node applications. They allow receiver designs with linear performance at optical overloads to 5 dBm. Equipped with an integral dual-position mounting bracket and a fiber strain relief system, the photodiodes are also available terminated with optical connectors.
