On April 3, Granite Telecommunications announced the launch of its TechExpress platform, which it reports simplifies the management of field tech services.

The new platform’s interface, according to Granite, helps users create, edit, and cancel field service requests, track tickets, and communicate with technicians. The company says the platform has been well-reviewed by beta-stage users.

President and CEO of Granite, Rob Hale, said in a press release, “TechExpress is a testament to Granite’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. The overwhelmingly positive response from our initial rollout reinforces our belief that this platform will revolutionize the way businesses handle field tech services. As the first pillar of Granite360, TechExpress is just the beginning of our journey to provide unparalleled service experiences to our customers.”

The platform promises to minimize downtime by enabling rapid deployment capabilities and control over the dispatch process. The company also reports that TechExpress can be seamlessly integrated with existing Service Management platforms.
