Fiber-optic laser
The Etalon-stabilized laser packaged with a III-V Mach Zehnder serves long-haul, dense wdm transmission systems. It features voltage-programmable output power and single 50-ohm low-voltage drive modulation input. It contains an integral thermoelectric cooler with ntc thermistor for temperature control and comes in a hermetic 14-pin butterfly package with optical isolator. Operating temperature is 0° to +70°C, and storage temperature is -40° to +85°C. Modulation voltage is 2V, and extinction ratio is 11 dB minimum.
