The Tektronix DPO7OE2 is a 59-GHz, low noise, broad wavelength optical probe with optical reference receiver (ORR) performance for use with Tektronix high-performance real-time scopes and is optimized for 53-GBaud PAM4 data center applications. The combination of an optical probe with a real-time oscilloscope gives designers working on 400G optical devices advanced debug capabilities that helps them shorten design times and bring products to market in less time.
