The tools aim to help organizations streamline operations and use AI effectively.

On April 15, CBTS announced that it has introduced two new offerings to its AI Accelerator portfolio aimed at helping organizations accelerate and operationalize artificial intelligence across their enterprise environment. The company reports that the new solutions—AI Custom Agents and AI Adoption & Enablement Services—are designed to support both public and private sector clients deploying AI technologies.

According to CBTS, the AI Custom Agent solution is designed to help organizations build tailored, AI-powered tools that use large language models and language processing. The AI Adoption & Enablement Service focuses on workforce readiness, providing structured trainings to help employees make effective use of new tools.

Justin Grieshop, senior director of AI and Analytics at CBTS, said it’s crucial for organizations to ensure a return on their investment when deploying AI into their environment.

“When organizations license AI tools for their entire workforce, but users fail to fully leverage them, they miss out on the transformative potential AI can deliver,” said Grieshop in a press release. “By introducing a Custom Agent, enterprises can unlock an entirely new level of value and impact. Our mission is to ensure they maximize their investment—putting AI to work in meaningful ways that drive measurable results.”

These new additions expand CBTS’s existing AI Accelerator framework for Copilot and Microsoft 365, which includes readiness workshops, assessments, remediation planning, and deployment.
